L'Oliveto, Summer 2024
Françoise discovered Tuscany at the age of 17 and instantly felt a deep connection to its beauty, culture, and way of life. Each visit to this creative and fertile land left her feeling rejuvenated, and over time, her desire to create a lasting bond with Tuscany grew stronger. She dreamed of having a place of her own, a haven of peace and serenity, where others could also come to recharge, surrounded by beauty and sheltered from the tumult of the world.
That dream became a reality with L’Oliveto — a space inspired by Renaissance villas and principles of permaculture and regenerative agriculture. For her, L'Oliveto is much more than a place: it is a space of beauty, harmony, and respect for the Earth, where culture, gardening and creative cuisine blend together. She adopted a "Living Food" approach, combining health and pleasure with seasonal ingredients from her garden.
Through her recipes, Françoise celebrates the beauty and magic of nature, and invites everyone to cultivate a more respectful and authentic relationship with the Earth. A lawyer by training, passionate about communication and always convinced of the link between food and health, Françoise also holds a diploma in nutritherapy (CERDEN). She teaches a way of cooking that respects food and health.
